Located in the picturesque cove of Es Canutells (Maó), Es Macar is a 3-bedroom house equipped with all modern comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. With its private garden and heated pool, it is ideal for families and couples looking for tranquility with stunning sea views.

• Bedrooms: 3 (1 double bed with en suite bathroom, 1 double bed, 2 single beds).

• Bathrooms: 2 complete

• Heated swimming pool: 9 x 4.5 mts. Depth: 1.00 – 1.80 mts.

• Amenities included: Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.

• Extras: Crib and highchair free of charge (additional cribs at 5 €/night per set).

House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to follow these rules:

• Check-in hours: from 16:00 | Check-out time: before 10:00.

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

• Respect the tranquility of the area, especially at night.

• Pets are not allowed.

• A security deposit of 300€/500€/900€ (depending on the property) is required and will be returned after the stay.

Important: The heated pool is solar-powered, so on cloudy days the water temperature may not reach optimal levels.

• The tourist tax of €2.2 per adult/night (reduced from the 9th night onwards) is not included in the rental price.
