Villa Turquesa combines elegance and comfort, with large and bright spaces that allow you to enjoy a panoramic view of the sea from almost any corner. Located just 100 meters from the beach of Canutells, this villa is ideal for those looking to relax with the sound of the waves and disconnect in an exclusive environment.

Here you will find a cozy atmosphere with a decoration that has been carefully decorated to detail. The villa has a private terrace, a well-kept garden and a heated swimming pool, perfect to enjoy any time of the year.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: From 4:00 p.m. onwards.
• Departure time: Before 10:00 am.
• The day before your arrival you will receive the access code for the key box and instructions for a quick and easy self check-in.

Important: If you detect any incident in the villa upon arrival, please notify us immediately so that we can solve it as soon as possible.

Rules of the Village

To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all our guests, we ask you to follow these rules during your stay:

• Noise and rest: Please respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during the night.
• Parties and events: They are not allowed inside the villa.
• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the dwelling.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the villa.
• Responsible use of equipment: Any damage should be reported as soon as possible.
• Security deposit: A security deposit of 300€/500€/900€ (depending on length of stay) will be charged and will be refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage.

Tourist tax: According to Balearic regulations, all guests must pay a tourist tax of 2.2€ per adult per night (with reduction from the 9th night onwards).

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, designed to ensure maximum relaxation:

• Master bedroom: Double bed, private bathroom and ocean view.
• Second bedroom: Double bed and private bathroom.

• Fourth bedroom: Double bed.

Bathrooms are equipped with shower, towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries.

Kitchen and dining room
