Terms and Conditions for the "Aptos Sunsets" Sweepstakes

IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZER

The organizer of this sweepstakes is 3 villas Alquiler Vacacional S.L. (hereinafter, “the Organizer”), with CIF B16510968 and tax domicile at C/ Sant Jaume, 51, Sant Climent. 07701, Mahón (ILLES BALEARS) – SPAIN.

2. DATES OF PARTICIPATION

The period of participation in the draw will begin on 10/21/2025 at 4:00 p.m. (CET) and will end on 10/27/2025 at 9:00 a.m. (CET).

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in the drawing:

  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Have legal residence in the EU.
  • Be holders of a personal, public and real Instagram profile.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS (MECHANICS)

Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge. In order to validly participate, users must, within the time limit set forth in clause 2, perform the following actions in the publication of the sweepstakes on Instagram:

  • Follow the Organizer’s profile on Instagram: [@3villasmenorca].
  • Mention a friend in the comments of the sweepstakes post.
  • Comment on the publication “indicating what is your perfect plan for a getaway”.
  • It is possible to participate several times as long as different friends are mentioned in each comment and the rest of the requirements are met.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify those profiles that are considered fraudulent, false, duplicated or created for the sole purpose of participating in sweepstakes.

5. DEFINITION OF THE AWARD

The following prize will be drawn:

  • One (1) two-night stay in the Sunsets Apartments (Son Bou), on a room only basis].

Award conditions:

  • The award is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The prize must be redeemed by 10/31/2025.
  • The prize does not include transfers to and from lodging, meals, beverages, or any other expense or service not explicitly specified in these rules.
  • Under no circumstances may the prize be subject to change, alteration, financial compensation or assignment at the winner’s request.

6. METHOD OF SELECTION OF THE WINNER

  • The drawing will take place on 10/27/2025 by using a random selection platform (such as app-sorteos.com) among all eligible comments.
  • One (1) winner and two (2) alternates will be selected. The Organizer will verify that the winner meets all the conditions of participation.

7. COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNER

  • The Organizer will announce the winner’s username via a post on Instagram Stories on the profile [@3villasmenorca] on the same day of the selection, and will contact you via Instagram Direct Message (DM).
  • The winner will have a period of [48 hours] from the communication to respond to the message, accept the prize and provide the necessary personal data (full name, ID) to verify his/her identity and manage the reservation.
  • If the winner does not respond within the indicated period, expressly renounces the prize or does not comply with all the requirements of these rules, the prize will go to the first alternate. The alternate will have the same period of [48 hours] to respond. If he/she also fails to respond, the second alternate will be contacted under the same conditions. If the prize cannot be awarded to any of them, it may be declared void.

8. DATA PROTECTION (LSSI/RGPD)

  • In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the Organizer [Full Company Name of 3 Villas] informs the participants:
  • Responsible: 3 villas Alquiler Vacacional, with CIF B16510968 and address at C/ Sant Jaume, 51, Sant Climent. 07701, Mahón (ILLES BALEARS) – SPAIN.
  • Purpose: Personal data (Instagram user name and, in the case of the winner, name, surname and ID) will be processed for the sole purpose of managing participation in this sweepstakes, making the selection of the winner, communicating with the winner and managing the delivery of the prize.
  • Legitimation: The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent of the participant, manifested by their voluntary participation in the sweepstakes.
  • Conservation: The data will be kept only for the time essential for the correct management of the sweepstakes and the delivery of the prize. Once completed, they will be securely deleted.
  • Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of their data by writing to the Organizer at C/ Sant Jaume, 51, Sant Climent. 07701, Mahón (ILLES BALEARS) – SPAIN. or via email bookings@3villas.com, attaching a copy of their ID card.

9. DISENGAGEMENT FROM THE PLATFORM

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram (Meta). Entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the organization and management of this sweepstakes, exonerating it from any claims.

10. IMAGE RIGHTS (OPTIONAL)

The winner, by accepting the prize, authorizes the Organizer to publish his/her Instagram user name in the profile [@3villasmenorca] and other Organizer’s media, with informative purposes to communicate the result of the draw, without generating any right to any consideration whatsoever.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in this sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these legal bases. The Organizer reserves the right to resolve any incident not foreseen in these rules, as well as to modify them or cancel the sweepstakes in the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These rules are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or application of these rules, both the Organizer and the participants expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Menorca.
