How to get to Menorca
Menorca has the Mahon Airport (MAH), located 4.5 km from the capital of the island, with direct flights from several European and Spanish cities, especially during the high season. You can also arrive by ferry from Barcelona, Valencia or Mallorca, with companies such as Balearia and Trasmediterránea.
Public transportation network
The island has a bus network connecting the main towns and some beaches, managed by TMSA. During the summer, bus frequency increases and routes to the most popular beaches are included. However, schedules may be limited in low season.

To explore the island comfortably, it is recommended to rent a car, motorcycle or bicycle. There are multiple local and international companies available at the airport and in the main towns.
Cab services and private transfers
In Menorca, you will find cabs in the main towns and at the airport. There are also private transfer options to get you directly to your accommodation. Cabs tend to be more abundant in areas such as Mahón and Ciutadella.
