Welcome to Menorca Southa complex of 9 apartments in the urbanization of Son Bou, designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in a privileged environment. Schedules

• Check-in time: From 4:00 p.m. onwards.

• Departure time: Before 10:00 am.

• One day prior to arrival, guests will receive the access code for the key box, allowing for flexible self check-in.

Lodging Standards

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

• Pets are not allowed.

• No parties or events are allowed.

• It is requested to maintain a moderate volume, especially during the night, to respect the rest of the other guests.

• A refundable security deposit is required after the stay, provided there is no damage to the apartment.

Menorca Sur is located in Son Bou, one of the most popular areas of the island, with easy access to all the necessary services for a comfortable stay.

• Son Bou beach: 2 km (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot).

• All reservations include bed linen and towels. For long stays, bed linen and towels can be changed upon request at an additional cost.

• A maintenance team is available in case of incidents. In case of need, a contact number will be provided for assistance.

• It is recommended to rent a car to explore the island more comfortably. There are several car rental options in the area.

• The Balearic tourist tax is mandatory and must be paid prior to arrival (2.2€ per adult per night, with reduction from the ninth night onwards).
