Basic House Rules

Welcome to my home, managed by 3 Villas, I hold it in high esteem. Please respect these basic rules.

Make yourself at home.

• Do not throw garbage in the gardens or in nature.
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilets.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
• With the air conditioner on, close outside doors and windows and turn it off when you are not at home. It is advisable to set the air conditioner at 22° to avoid problems.
• At the time of your departure, please dispose of your garbage and leave the house tidy – there may be an extra charge for excessive soiling!
• No parties or events are allowed without clear prior permission in written and explicit form (email, text message).
• Pets are not allowed except with prior permission and additional security deposit.
• Check-out is at 10:00 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out is only possible with explicit permission and is subject to additional cost.
• Please report broken items to avoid problems for future guests.
• Remember to leave the keys in the key-box if you are not at home in case there are any maintenance tasks.
